1. How do I install SnapTrace?
- Go to the Chrome Web Store
- Click Add to Chrome
- Pin the extension to your toolbar for quick access
2. How do I capture a bug report?
- Click the SnapTrace icon in your Chrome toolbar
- Press Start Capture
- Reproduce the bug or issue
- Click Stop when finished
- Add optional notes and your email
- Submit the report
3. What data does SnapTrace collect?
- Required: Screenshots, page URL, and email (for "Reported by")
- Optional: Location (only if you allow it)
- Automatic: IP address (for backend security)

4. Does SnapTrace work offline?
No. An internet connection is required to process reports securely through our backend.
5. Where are my bug reports stored?
- Temporarily in your browser until you submit
- Processed securely in Azure
- Deleted automatically after report delivery

- SnapTrace does not track browsing history or store passwords
- All reports are deleted after processing
